2009 H2S - New AGOCO contract
February 2009 - AGOCO - H2S Safety Service at Sultan Field/ Benghazi
In 2008, AGOCO awarded LCM with a contract to provide H2S Safety Services to one of their drilling contractors at Sultan Field/ Benghazi.
The Breathing Air & Gas Detection Systems were installed at the rig for the drilling of the wells D1 NC-129 and E1 NC-129.
The service for the first well started in April 2008 and lasted 80 days; the service for the second well started in September 2008 and lasted 89 days.
The job was carried out using the Cascade System as high concentration of H2S was recorded during the drilling of these 2 wells.
