November 2008 - Libyan Branch receives
ISO 9001:2000 certification
We are happy to announce that in October 2008 LCM’s Libyan Branch was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. This certification is recognition of the commitment of all employees towards ensuring that our clients get the quality of service they deserve in the most efficient manner.
QMS Ltd. conducted an audit of our processes and work procedures in Tripoli and issued the certification as a result. Further on, yearly audits will be conducted to ensure that continual improvement is visible and that recorded problems get solved.
In order to achieve this, Quality Management will work with all departments to define areas where efforts are most required for more efficient processes.
