In view of reducing accident risks on our off road operations LCM has contracted a local training company to provide Off-Road Driver Training to our Drivers in A100.

All of our 40 Drivers involved have received both, theory and practice for driving in dangerous environments.

Sand dunes can present quite a hazard to someone who does not know how to handle a vehicle in a desert area.

This training is an added value to our HSEQ management system and is carried out once a year with “refresher” courses taking place on a regular basis.

LCM ensures that no driver is allowed to use vehicles in the desert without absolving this training!
